I listened and relistened to the score Entry to Mecca from the movie The Message. I can't help but feel a blessed devotion and an incredible praise to Maurice Jarre. What an improbable feat of his that, a Frenchman, with a Western orchestra, was able to convey such a core, intrinsic character of Islam, true to its nature, through his music. An artwork out of this world and beyond. Miraculous.
